Next best to a personal chef, is having a coach to shop with you. I explain what you might benefit from and enjoy based on your personal needs and favorite foods.
As a Health Coach and not a Clinical Dietitian, I don’t provide clients specific meal plans, but I suggest nutritional wellness and or lifestyle changes to help you move forward to reaching your goals and feeling your best. If further expert guidance is necessary I provide resources.
